When you want to work your core strength, utilizing the abs, and upper body for better arm balances, inversions, self-confidence and a nice feeling in the body. This is a great total body yoga practice to feel good.

My focus has shifted majorly recently and I’ve been using movement to accomplish personal physical goals but I haven’t felt anywhere as close to how fulfilled I felt when I was practicing with you daily, Kino. Tonight I felt like slowing down and being intentional with my movement so I made my way back to your practices and feel so at home here. The way you teach yoga is healing in so many ways. Thank you for always bringing me home 🤍

Nice flow to warm the body to the headstand pose. I still struggle with the tripod and headstand. Will come yo practice this exercise again. Thanks Kino.

Great workout... just right after a night of poor sleep. Took me a lot of motivation to finally attempt it. Hated navasana... headstand is not accessible right now - I used to do it when I was a kid. Thank you 🙏 Kino.
