Welcome to your 20 min morning yoga routine to wake up and feel your best. This class is intended for mixed levels, including options to make the poses more accessible.

This class includes postures for the whole body to give you a little bit of everything to wake up your body and feel energised. Start your day in a mindful way with this full body yoga routine to stretch, strengthen and centre.

Today's class was filmed at Whitmore Lakes

Within Staffordshire’s Whitmore Estate, Whitmore Lakes is an enchanting hidden gem.  This session was filmed on the platform in Swan Lake which is for wild swimming, but they also offer a variety of wellness events from peaceful yoga sessions to unwind and rejuvenate to enchanting full moon swims.
