Today's no repeat workout includes strength and cardio focused exercises that are sure to get you sweating! These no repeat workouts are perfect for those of you that get bored easy and go by quick so be sure to make the very most of each move!

Workout Breakdown: 1 No Repeat Circuit 40s work + 10s Rest
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, kettlebell (Use a single dumbbell if you don't have one!) + exercise mat or other soft surface.

Heather, I love, love, love how you don’t rush through the moves. They are challenging but I can keep up and really focus on my form. There are some other Youtubers who go so fast through each move it’s almost dangerous. I appreciate you and everything that you do.

I love no repeats & love this workout. Also love that you don't chatter on and you keep things efficient and focused. I'm middle-aged, and getting back into strength training after way too long (and having to do it at home #covid). Your workouts are killing me (in a good way), but keeping me engaged and committed. Good one, thanks! Everything in 25 minutes is perfect for me. Uncomplicated moves, barely any time to think between moves except for the rest periods. Excellent mix.
