Just got my chest x ray after severe Tuberculosis. More than half of my lungs were gone. Today I am happy as my lungs have recovered and recovery is faster than any other typical tb patient even my doctors were shocked. Only thing I did is consistent simple yoga asanas and breathing exercises mentioned in this video. I am forever indebted to you. Will always keep you in my prayers. Thank you for your service 🙏 You improved the quality of my life.
