That "Breathe In" "Hold" and "Breathe Out" is a whole second.
So the guide techinically is 5-8-9 😂

The counting should go directly from breathing out into breathing in. There is some extra unaccounted time where it says to repeat and breathe in, while the timing is paused. It should be continuous.

How am I going to exhale for 8 seconds when I have inhaled 4 seconds of air? All my air is out in 4 seconds

its much hard to exhale air in 8 seconds than keeping air for 7 seconds.
