I am a teenager and blessed by Supreme so that I came across your videos . Literally I am in a common situation nowadays that is negative and bad thoughts which affects my daily works and study and makes me lonely and demotivated . But then I came across your videos which is taking me to a new world of hope and changes in my daily routine . But still I am not consistent with my new habits of doing yoga and healthy diet .
