40 seconds work. 20 seconds rest.

Exercises:
1. 6 high knees + 1 burpee
2. Squat out and touch the ground
3. Press up + alternate knee raise to elbow
4. Sit up with alternating leg raises
5. Plank position - in and out jumps (towards chest, straight and then star)

Repeat circuit 3 times

It's a lot similar to some of our trainning in rugby. The burpees+high kness are always present! I'll be using when it's not trainning day with the team! Great workout, Joe!

I'm goona have to finish it some other time.. it really hurt my wrists and hands. But I thought it's better than the 15 mins leg, bum and tums workout. It's more dynamic!
