Love that you include the detail about the total numbers depending per person. I know i can do like 3 negatives a year for my set.

But in all seriousness it reminds me of this memory i hold onto where a coach, in a class of a bunch of different movements that you had to get through, told me it's great that i did 5/8 of the class whereas the trainer who runs across the country for fun (well, for charity) could do the whole thing easily and not have pushed anywhere near as hard.
