Waoooo !!!! tell me about intensity !!!!First I skipped this one as I saw there is no sound. Then today I came across it again so decided to give it a try. I still have to catch my breath. The length of each exercise make you really feel the burn Thanks Nathalie. Do you think you could add an introduction to each exercise just in case we cannot have our eyes looking at the screen ;) ?

1. Excellent 👌 Pilates flows executed in a HIIT session was very effective and sweating 😅.

My arms are always hurting in pilates, because of the plank positions right after the others 😅 50 sec was for me too long in swimmers
