I love this ab workout because of all the plank movements - I do power yoga often and sometimes I just want to do very ab specific movements with my bodyweight. This was perfect! Thank you

I’ve now been doing this one for 30days straight and honestly my core is rock solid! I’m letting all my friend try this one when they train with me and everyone said it’s going to be easy to do 10min ab, 95% of them stops half way 😂 you made my training routine so fun now 🙌

Thank you again. Never liked ab's but I did it anyway. Looks easy but its a killing fat burn 🔥. I can see some definition on my midsection after those 6weeks challenges. Keep us motivated and stay in shapes. Love all your work out. Happy Easter 🐣.

Would you consider making an ab workout video that does not involve so much lower back strain? Only asking because my lower back has difficulties at times doing your workouts, but I do try to modify how to sustain form and being consistent with your workouts. I don't want to demand or persuade you to do anything outside the content you wonderfully make for us.
