On my first day, i was sweating profusely and was out of breath after i was done with it. Today is day 4, and I am starting to sweat a little and breath properly after I'm done with it. To me, it was a huge improvement for 4 days and of course I will continue this workout daily!

Kudos for an ab exercise for 10 minutes. In all honesty, it did not cover top and bottom parts of abs. Some obliques. You should, in my humble opinion, cut out the dog-exercises and the other similar exercises. More bottom vs top abs for next time! Thanks for the exercises
