Love the new music added to the playlist in the beginning! You tricked me with the last clip! I thought we were going to do burpees when we were at rest as the preview showed something different! 😂

Day 1-Feeling the burn but one of the best ab workouts I've done!

Day 2-It burns, definitely doing this for 30 days though!!❤

Day 3-Not seeing change yet, but can tell it's working!

Day 4-Didn't feel like doing it today but pushed through it!

Day 5-No results yet but going to keep doing it!

Day 6-Complete

Day 7-😢didn't complete

Day 8-Turns out I was able to do it it but ate horrible today

Day 9-Ngl forgot about it

Day 10-Feeling good about this

Day 11-✅

Day 12-NOTICABLE

Day 13-Doing great but adding two more days so I'll have it for exactly 30 days

Day 14-✅

Day 15-✅

Day 16-Made it this far

Day 17-complete

Day 18-complete

love it ! in your editing though it shows in the demonstration on the last move, plank shift, but in the sample up in the corner you are doing prisoners or something !!
