Just try this today and my pull up QUALITY IMPROVED! I try pulling the bar down so hard that I ended up holding on the top for a few seconds 😂

When I do pullups, I see it as a way of pulling myself up from the things that weigh me down in life. It's a mental alchemy in which the goal is to rise from lead to gold, from ashes to rebirth, from kenosis to gnosis, from Crown to Kingdom.

I tried this advice and knocked out 67 pull-ups ina row.

I am imagining that i am doing inverted handstands when doing pullups... that way I can get stronger.

Littel tip, put something above your bar and try to reach it youll be able to perform a much higher pull up
