Increase your Pull Ups Fast!

Are you trying to increase your pull-ups? Most of the time is not our back that gives up during our pull-up work, but rather, smaller muscles such as the shoulder external rotators, lower traps, and forearm muscles — to name a few. Here is a single exercise that will improve grip endurance and scapula stability simultaneously, thus increasing the number of pull-ups that we are able to do.

As a general guideline:
~ Work your way up to 3x of 15r
~ Perform them 2-3x per week
~ Can be done as a warm-up or at the end of the session
~ Enjoy the gains ;)

Yes I do it everyday in hope of getting my 1st pull up but instead I got my 1st chin up😅😂😂
But seriously, it is an amazing exercise

I can do 13 perfect form pull ups and 18 last time but this scapular pull up which I have tried in the past is really hard, its hard to get the mind muscle connection and I realised I am probably using 0 scapular strength when doing pull ups

I usually do this as a warm up before the pull ups, it's great

Wow! Didn't know i was conditioning for pull-ups when I can't even do one lmao
I've been doing 30-60 second hangs for better grip strength and i sometimes engage my scapula to rest my forearms.
Amazing info! Keep it up 👍
