When I first started calisthenics about 6 months ago I had shoulder pain when doing pullups, I worked on engaging my scapulas and got better now I can do 9 muscle ups

First video I've ever seen where someone breaks down where to go if you struggle with pull-ups. As someone who used to be able to bang out 30, and now struggles with 3.

It's very disheartening when the bro-vice is always "well, if you can't do pull-ups, it's because you need to do more pull-ups".
I now have a starting point. I'm very excited to get back to my goals of weighted pull-ups. Thanks guys 👍
