I did it now! These 12mins are fire 🔥 heart rate increases and sweaty! Honestly I felt these 12mins are better than an hour's workout! Power packed 12mins!! Thank you! ❤️

Simply If you are watching the video you feel it was very simple workouts. But when you came and done the workout then you felt the difficulty init. First day completed❤ really sweating and legs and all shivering😂😂
