My first time trying this workout, good for a beginner. I have back and neck issues and was able to do most of the moves easily. Thank you for posting exercises just using your own body weight.

Roberta if ur reading this i just wamted to say that i was getting bullied and mad efun of my weight i wasn't that fat i was just overweight and i started doing ur workout for 1 month and am reallyyy rrealyyy from my wholeee world and heart thanking u u chamged my life i was even thinking of ending it and just go to god 😢❤

Starting today, weight: 71.75kg in the morning after going to the toilet without eating or drinking anything .
First Goal: to reach 65kg
Final Goal: 55-60kg
Height: 165cm
Day1: ✅
Day2: ✅
Day3: ✅
Day4: caught a bad cold but done ✅ 🤒🤕🤧
Day5: my cold got so bad that u couldn't get out of bed so skipped today
Day6: ✅
Day7: (70.85 kg)
Day8: Skipped
Day9: ✅
Note: I am drinking warm lemon water in the morning (half lemon squeezed in a glass of warm water), I am trying to keep my calorie count low but as such not avoiding anything.
