I finished all of this workout on 1 hour and 15 min. I have been doing Emi workout everyday for more than one year. I have abs and my legs are slim. Just do it and you will see the result. Try hard everyone.

Just my healthy smoothie recipe in case it helps anyone(it also tastes really good):

• 2 cups frozen strawberries 🍓
• 1 sliced banana 🍌
• about 1-1/2 cups of hot water 💧

Yeah!!! Can't thank you enough Emi. I was trying to loose weight for the past 4 months, tried all types of exercises by other famous youtubers. I have to agree, you are THE BEST. Day 3:My abs burned!! But I did it!!
Day 4:did some leg exercises

Day 9, 10, 11, 12:done
Day 13:My period stared so I can't finish it
Results:-0.3kilos, but my stomach toned up, and I lost some fat, and now woke up morning skinny!!
Definitely recommend it
