Who ever is reading this did this exercise and lost alot of ur doing this so even look at ur diet because if u did dieting and exercise u will get better result super fast I did both mostly u can ask ur gym trainer for the diet my diet plan I was not allowed to eat oily food and sugar and I have to leave my coffe so yea. I hope this helps u☺️.

I am 13 years old girl so i am fat some peoples says when they me and elder sister asking with me is you is elder sister but not iam the second one but all are saying i m elder by seeing because i m very fat then my elder sister she is too slim but that line hurts me tooo much i hope this exercise helps me🥺
