I lost 19 kg by following your exercises. I used to do it 4 times a week for 1 hour each session. You inspired and motivated me to reach my goal. I was 65 kg and aimed for 50 kg, but I achieved lower than that. I'm currently 46 kg and I have never felt this good and confident about myself after having 2 kids.

Tip: if ur abt to quit the vid midway bc there’s an exercise u don’t like or the exercise is too hard u just can’t anymore, switch it up. Do a jog or regular squats as Emi is doing her thing n join back to what she’s doing when ur ready. I switched up a few of her exercises bc either my legs were over or my back kinda hurt. So do u! I did me but with emi’s company n motivation! :D

i was 80kg in 2018. emi you really helped me so much i did you workouts mostly and 4 years later i am now 53kg my goal is 50kg so i am getting so close. i have an ant waist and my abs show never in my life have i been this slim and it feels great to fit clothes i like.. thank you so much. and for those who feel like you cant do it, you can! keep going you will achieve because i did. these workouts help a lot! i dont eat the healthiest but when im dieting i recommend eating sweet potato and drinking green tea it really help a lot. i work out almost everyday but sometimes i do get lazy and skip. it works! thank you ^^

I'll be doing this 3× a week. M-Th-Sun. Current weight: 53 kgs (Btw, I'm 5' ft)
• Week 1
Day 1: ✓ (11-23-20)
Day 2: ✓ (11-26-20)

FINAL UPDATE: From 53, I am now at 50 kgs. I feel much better now. I can't believe I was actually able to finish this. During Saturdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I do other workouts. Sometimes, I would go for a jog or just walks in the morning. I also tried other doing ab workouts from Miss Emi's channel as well. As for my diet, I didn't go for a super strict one. I still ate rice, but only when I know I'll be working out for that day. I also had cheat days, usually, it's during Sundays (because that's when I spend the entire day with my family). For the entire month, I practiced portion control (during my non-cheat days, of course). I also tried adding chia seeds on my diet. I'm not sure if it contributed to my weightloss but yeah, I just wanted to try it (lol).

To whoever is reading this, probably looking if this one works, yes, it worked for me. (But that doesn't mean it may work for everyone, I guess?) I had a hard time staying committed with doing this. There are days where I feel like giving up because I'm either too lazy or too tired. But fortunately, I was able to finish it. If you are looking for a workout that you want to try, consider doing this one! Good luck! You can also do it! (Not because I was able to, but because you also can).

I love my body again, I haven’t felt good about myself since the baby birth. It has been 2 months since I started following Emi’s routines. I started with 15 minutes HIIT. I now I can do this 45 minute full body workout without pausing the video. I’m damn proud of myself. I don’t know how much weight I lost, but I can tell by my jeans that I’m making a visible progress.

Here we go :’)
Day 1: 18 minutes in I’m already sweating
Day 2: completed🥳
Day 3: Rest ( my thighs are looking more tone and my stomach looks smaller)
Day 4:completed
Day 5: I did half of the video and moved on to dance
Day 6:completed
Day 7: rest
Results so far
I lost around 1.5 cm on my thighs and I definitely see that my stomach got flatter

I was going to continue for another week but I wasn’t able to, so my results are:definitely got flatter stomach and I did lose thigh fat

I did this workout completely for 3 days, it gives a great satisfaction. Thank u emi for this workout. I will be here after 11 days to update my results. Motivate me guys...🤗
Result : guys i tried this workout for one month i went from 51kg to 49.5kg i m happy but the imp thing is that i feel much stronger after doing this workout. So for sure i recommend you to do this workout it's worth it 😊

start: 5’4 110lbs
arms: 10’’ waist: 24.5’’ inner thighs: 20.2’’

week one
day 1: ✅ (burned 310 calories on my fitbit)
day 2: ✅ ( I LOST 1.2 LBS!! burned 294 calories on my fitbit)
day 3: ✅ ( low energy day but emi kept me motivated throughout the workout, these really helped: “every rep you’re getting closer to your goal” and “you cannot fail if you don’t give up”!! i genuinely thought i wasn’t going to workout and was pushing it off all day but here i am at 1AM!! (burned 304 calories on my fitbit)
day 4: ✅ (omg i lost more weight!! i lost 0.4lbs EEEK!! i burned 275 calories on my fitbit)
day 5: ✅ (super motivated today!! i burned 334 calories on my fitbit, seeing physical results already)
day 6: ✅ (burned 296 after jogging 5 miles and doing 15 minute hiit before!! with all workouts i burned 938 cals!!)
day 7: ✅ ( i burned 267!! weighing and measuring tmr morning :)!! )

end: 5’4 106.2 lbs !!!
