Hi! Bro, first of all big thanks for you and the team for great contents, just a query

Back in the video you said (for weight loss once’s) that as of a vegetarian/eggetarian we can substitute the chicken with other protein sources but while thinking to do so with eggs we would need about around 25 or so eggs right, I’m lil concerned that can we in take eggs in that amount. So I thought of replacing it with pannier but it should be around 750g to match the (150g of protein from chicken) and again it would sum up around 1800cals.

Suggestion please
