dude, carefull with mixing beef and chicken. you should not cut them near each other with the same knife. also not cook in the same pan! chicken needs to cook more and higher temp, while beef could be left rare or medium. salmonela can pass easly to your beef and you won't kill it if you let the beef rare or medium. you can mix beef and chicken only when you cook it completely separated, from cut to cook. it means you can only serve them mixed. believe me its very important!

You can make from the greek yoghurt a sauce over the taco’s. Take Some yoghurt, add a little bit of water and some garlic out of the bottle. Mix it and voila! 👌👌

1kg of 0% fat free Greek yogurt across 6 meal sittings in between my meal preps ….

1kg : 10 scoops of whey protein powder mixed in at circa 24g per scoop . Has done wonders for my bulk !
