Welcome to Fit After 50. My name is Paul. I have been in this space for almost 5 years now and I love sharing my exercises and training knowledge with all of you.
Today we have a full body workout that is aimer at beginner and adults. I am loving having you workout and get fit along side of me.
Today's workout is about 20 minutes long and it is based around doing supersets. Supersets are exercise sets done back to back without any rest between the sets. Supersets are great for muscle development but even better for saving time.
