Every muscle in your body will be hit today! Trisets involving dumbbells and our own bodyweight to bring resistance training and cardio elements combined to make you feel strong and accomplished after!

The timer will be on for trisets consisting of 30 seconds per exercise with 30 seconds rest inbetween!

All you will need for this full body workout is a pair of dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg each!

STAPLE:
MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS

SQUAT TO PRESS
ARNOLD PRESS (same side)
SQUAT THEN PRESS (same side)

STATIC LUNGE
HOLD!
BODYWEIGHT REAR STEP LUNGE

STAPLE:
MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS

SNATCH
CLEAN TO SQUAT (same side)
UNEVEN SQUAT (same side)

STAGGERED RDL
STAGGERED SQUAT (same side)
STAGGERED RDL TO SQUAT

STAPLE:
MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS

SQUAT TO CURTSEY LUNGE
SQUAT TO LUNGE (same side)
SQUAT TO CURTSEY LUNGE (same side)

SINGLE ARM PRESS
PUSH PRESS
CLEAN TO PRESS

STAPLE:
MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS

PLANK TO SIDE PLANK ROW
UNEVEN PUSH UP
RENEGADE ROW

FINISHER:

100 x SMALL TUCK TO TOE TAP

Always nice knowing we are finishing with abs on the mat after a full body workout!

Another well balanced and challenging workout! Thanks so much! As a former fitness instructor and lifelong fitness fanatic, I appreicate that I don't have to come up with my own workouts! There are very few quality people on YouTube that produce workouts with thought and good instruction. You provide both and emphasize health above all. I turly enjoy the torture!!

I have been enjoying the tri sets this week especially the isometrics, not to mention the finishers!!! They look intimidating but I hear in my head Caroline saying "we can do it!" and we just have to push it a bit more! This is going to be another exciting and fun workout but super rewarding. My calves were complaining for the past 2 days, but it was what I needed. Another muscle that I have been neglecting to develop for awhile. Let's smash this one!!!! Thank you Caroline, really loving this as always XOXO

There hasn't been a Friday I wasn't excited for and it's for the simple fact that it's FULL BODY FRIDAY. And I learned something new about myself. I used to think pyramids or complex sets were my fave workout until I felt how fast trisets go by 💨 Im glad to be part of this fantastic comminity, lets keep pushing through! 😍

So much fun!!! That finisher was absolutely killer, but I made it through and finished my 100 reps right at the buzzer. A few months ago I never would have been able to complete 100 reps of any exercise. Non-scale victories for the win! Have a great weekend evereyone

Going through a bit of a tough time and so grateful for Caroline's honesty. When exercises become challenging for her she's not afraid to show that she too is human and may have to stop or slow down. I suffer from OCD and always think what I accomplish is never enough. Just when I think to myself "what's wrong with me" why does this feel so hard", I see Caroline's face look back at me with a sigh and see she truly is struggling too. She keeps me in check with reality and pushes me to realize my all out is not necessary for good health. I keep reminding myself that feeling strong and healthy doesn't mean running a marathon everyday!!!! Thank god for Caroline's realistic image and ideology she presents for overall wellness. Trying to be kinder to myself and grateful for this community in helping me achieve this.

Brilliant workout did it this morning. Burnt loads of cals, was hard going but stuck to it. When I look at stories on Instagram, a lot of younger people workout with Caroline. I’m 61 and love all her workouts 🥰

Done with 10kg dumbbells. Trying to do shoulder presses when you're exhausted from makers and squats is a real mental challenge! The finisher started off easy, but after 30 reps or so the lactic acid had really built up in my abs and from that point I had to stop after every ten reps. 🔥

Afterwards I did the Rock Hard Abs add-on to rip apart what was left of my abs... I recall struggling a lot more the first time I tried it compared to today, so I think my abs are getting stronger! 💪🏼

🥵🥵🥵!! That was one TOUGH workout! I think my shoulders were screaming through most of that!🥴😆 That was the most intense full body day we have had in awhile!🤩 Lots of full body movements packed into this one with a lot of emphasis on the shoulders. My favorite trisets were the snatch😍, staggered RDL and plank to side plank row ones! So so many presses!😂 My shoulders are still in shock. The staple was awesome and exhausting👊🏻. I absolutely loved the finisher! One of my favorite ab exercises❤️. I was able to get 130 reps done😊. Thanks for another fabulous Friday workout Caroline. See you Sunday.

It was tough. It was challenging and most importantly it was so rewarding. I did my first full on push-up 🥳🥳🥳I managed 3 on each side and I am besides myself with pride💃💃💃. I'm getting stronger and starting to fall inlove with lunges aswell. Thank you CG😘😘😘you are truly a gem❤❤❤

tbh I never really look forward to doing the workouts because of how hard and exhausting they are, both physically AND mentally. Doing my last year in high school I really lack in motivation, especially in times like this. But then I make myself do them and reality like shifts and I finish them stronger than ever, feeling the most confident I've ever felt! It's not just that your programs keep my body fit, but you also help with body image and mental health, and for that, I am the most grateful.
