Dear Holly, thank you so much for this workout. It has helped me so much during the quarantine. I have an already thin body, but this completely flattened my lower abs and reduced parts of my inner thigh. I'm impressed with the results. Just did this workout to stay on track with being active. I was feeling pretty lazy today and didn't want to bother running a couple miles or any of my other cardio exercises I'm used to doing. This one definitely worked up a sweat and wasn't impossibly difficult but was also challenging! Especially on a day where I was feeling very unmotivated and this really helped pump some blood through me. Also gave me a bunch of great, new and creative ideas for what I can be doing daily!

I currently got not enough time for jumping rope HIIT workout which Mr.London said girls should try out to keep in shape and not losing muscles but fat. I found PERFECT HIIT workout for me!! So much thanks to you Holly

Guys, you need to know these DO work. Yet we must also understand our bodies are different, mine will never look like Holly’s because my bone structure and the places where my body decides to burn fat are not the same hahaha. BUT I still want to be lean and the “best me” like she says
So yeah, don’t get discouraged, we’ll all get there!!!

I have two kids under three and I work so my workouts have to be very quick and effective. I rotate through all of Holly’s videos depending on what I’m trying to achieve. I am so glad I found her channel because her workouts really are effective. And I can get them done quickly in between everything I’ve got going on lol

WHOA ! For sure will meet description. I admire your fitness Holly. I'm 47 & overweight. I made it less than 8min. The football drill one did me in I wasn't able to do the up down sequencing well. What a fantastic fat burner. What I love about this workout is it is a measuring tool to see if I can grow.

Day 1: 51.5 kg workout was tough and I’m drenched in sweat but it was good 😌

Day 2: I’m sweating so much omg I need help this workout was so good and I feel great although I’m tired af

I've been doing this hiit workout together with her ab workouts. On my first day, i felt dizzy but it gets better on the following days. Also, I feel stronger. Thank you so much for this Holly! 🥺💗

Im gonna try to do this workout everyday for two weeks with an extra abs and booty workout
Day 1: Tough but i loved it!
Day 2: I was sore and tired but did it anyway!
