I like this workout. I did this one today. It's my 23rd day today. I was able to do 15 leg drops without stopping. Before I couldn't but now I can n I feel happy with the progress. Hopefully I will have flat stomach soon.

It's been 2 months I have stated doing this...it's very useful nd have lost my belly fat...but I took 3 weeks break..but after that my belly fat came back😭...is it necessary to do these exercise throughout our lifetime😭
