I started your workout. Today is my first day. Its little bit painful .but I successfully finished my evening workout. Hope I'll will be fit. My height -162cm weight 58 (think so) I need to reduce my thigh and belly fat. Let's wait and see the difference. I'll update daily ☺❤👍
