Doing this everyday!
Age: 13
Height: 5’2
Weight: 148
Sex: Female

Day 1: Got my heart racing, hit the fan a few times since I don’t have a big place to work out from X]
Day 2: My body aches a little bit but I’m pushing my way through! My dad gave me more workouts to do and I tried them out, 10 squats while holding a bar, and lifting the bar 10 times
Day 3: I really am sweating, getting easier, but it’s hard for me to do the last two, especially the T plank, it hurts my wrists to hold myself up on the floor
Day 4: I cut short and did only a few, I didn’t do the full workout because I had dance class.
Day 5: I did the rest of the half today and went on a walk, I had really good weather today!

Anything for obese folks, although since turning into I’ve lost 10 lbs, I’d still like to do exercise that are designated for heavy set folks so that way we are maximizing our efforts and hitting all of the muscle groups suggested.

I used to do 3 or 4 HIIT workouts per day, but recently i quitted for a while because my right foot is so sore, it is painful sometimes to walk.
But now i think i will try to do this workout, 'cause it us not that speedy and intensive

It's amazing I doing thi workout for 1 mnth seriously 😳 it's really really effective 😊👏👏👏 great
And it's very easy and I only skip side deep squats but results amazing
And I also drink weight loss green tea by kanachan rai seriously amazing results

I'm annoyed you know I have planks, why on earth these planks always let me down, although I paused it and completed this excercise, 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 then I let it carry on, only to find out it was the last one, your excercises do me the world of good it's a blessing to be working out with you, didn't feel like doing this, but I am glad, it brings back positively back into my body, thank you, til next time Mazza!
