This is a great workout for beginners, pregnancy or postpartum. This is a no jumping, full body cardio workout for ALL fitness levels.

It looks like this:
✔️5 Beginner Cardio Exercises
✔️Timed Intervals (20 seconds of work per exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️Repeat All 5 Exercises x4 Sets

This workout is how I found NML! I have lost count on how many times I shared this one with my friends who say they want to lose weight but have no motivation to work out because "10 minutes of movement is better than no minutes." Thanks for helping this non-athletic middle aged woman feel strong and capable! I love you NML! ❤

Don’t underrate this, especially pregnant Mommas! I’m 28 weeks and just did it as a warm up before one of Lindsey’s full-length upper body workouts. Has me sweating and a healthy heart rate already! Love it.

As someone who has been struggling with my thyroid health and thus has suffered with fatigue, weight gain, and inflammation (among several other symptoms) this work out has me feeling refreshed and motivated to try to shed some pounds and stay healthy. Thank you!

Thank you for these short workouts! I love how positive and motivating you are. I really need to get back in shape (currently 11 weeks postpartum). Its hard to find the time with 2 under 2 to do workouts but these I can squeeze in troughout the day.

I’m not pregnant but I did this workout and it wasn’t too bad but definitely enough to make you drenched! I don’t do many HIIT workouts but this one pushed me but didn’t make me want to stop or take breaks outside of the allotted breaks. It was fun, challenging but easy for beginners, and good for those who have a injury or trying to get back into doing legs after one. I subscribed to the channel and I enjoy your workouts!

I love the low impact cardio hitts, they are perfect for those of us who live in apartments and don't want to disturb our neighbors. Thank you very much for this routine. I will do it with my daughters of 9 and 7 years old, now they are on vacation and with the pandemic there is not much you can do. God bless you.

Lindsey I found other great 10 minute cardio 🥵🥵 is my finisher 😮‍💨🔥 after weight training. I’m 45 after 4 kids the last 2 twins full size, I have been postpartum for 8 years now, I couldn’t star working out until 3 years ago, I been struggling with weight loss 😢 I didn’t know I had 5 Fingers DR 😟 I finally got to 2 fingers 🤗. I’m glad I found your channel and 10 minutes cardio I been doing them for one week after weight training and can I just say I just feel the difference now. Short but very effective it. 😮‍💨😮‍💨 thank you so much 🙏🏼

I found your workouts during my second pregnancy and oh my gosh, did I profit from them! I did them all the way up until last week, when I gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter in a quick and uncomplicated manner. I think having preserved a certain level of fitness definitely helped with this beautiful delivery, so I wanted to thank you vor your effort!
I am now a week postpartum and will wait a little bit before jumping back onto the fitness train. But I am already having an eye on your channel and watching some of the beginner videos to spark the appetite ;)

This was a great truly low impact tabata set! I am going to show this one to my husband ❤️ He has MS which has really limited his range of motion and resulted in nerve damage in one of his legs and arms. He’s gone through physical therapy and that made him feel really good and now he wants to continue working out! Walking and biking can get boring after a while but I think he could definitely complete these moves with some slight modifications. And we could do them together and even include our children, it’s just 10 minutes after all! Thanks for this one! I always love your workouts ❤️

What a joy to find routines to do in an apartment. This cardio is ideal to also do with my daughters, due to the covid at school they do not do sports activities and the girls are very still throughout the day, they have gained weight. Please make more videos of cardio hitt full body for apartments ideal for not disturbing the neighbors with the jumps. Thanks.

Well what can i are amazing workouts, dont be fooled into thinking the 10 minute workouts are simple. They totally work, sweaty and heart rate is up. I have cancelled a paid subscription to follow these workouts. So so much choice and variety and every workout i have done from barr to dumbells has done what it claims. I am loving this channel and will continue following. Thankyou so much nourishmovelove. Keep up the good work.
