This full body dumbbell workout is going to bring the shake and the quake! In only 15 minutes we hit each body part to make this your go-to total body workout when you are short on time! Your muscles will thank you after this one!

The only equipment you will need for this workout are dumbbells.

To make the most of this workout, focus on good form, go at your own pace, take extra recovery when needed, and of course go heavy enough!

This is only 15 minutes so we are going to dig deep and make it count!

This full body workout is part of our FIT for YOU fifteen series! These FIT for YOU workouts are all short, spicy, and effective so even if you are short on time, your goals will still be in reach! This workout is wonderful on its own, repeated 2-3 times, or paired with another one of the FIT for YOU workouts! Now that is one awesome full body workout! It started raining right from the start! ☔ I did this after teaching my Sculpt and Barre class at my gym and it was just perfect for closing out my exercise for today! Love this 15 minute series! 🥰✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️!
