Wind Down from Anxiety and Stress to Deepest Sleep Hypnosis / Meditation

If you struggle with restlessness, agitation, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety then this deep sleep hypnosis session with mindfulness and guided imagery may well help you.
This sleep session starts with mindfulness to draw a line at the end of the day and cross the line into sleep, to set a boundary, a protected time and space for you to sleep.
I then use a variety of techniques to create a sense of safety, desensitize the mind to outside sounds with the idea of a protective bubble or membrane. This protective bubble also draws out any tension from within you and neutralizes this energy, and purifies the air that you breathe, making it easier to sleep.
I then use language and hypnotic techniques to create heaviness, first in the eyes, and then ease you into a gradual release of body tension, also helping to calm thoughts. There is no force at all throughout this session; you can take you time. As you first notice how good it feels to keep your eyes closed (as I use a technique called eye catalpsy) you then spread the relaxed feeling from around your eyes to the rest of your face and, eventually, to your entire body.
I go through additional waves of relaxation techniques then finish up with a final countdown to sleep.
My voice gets quieter and quieter throughout this, so as not to disrupt the listener if already falling asleep. Sleep well tonight and every night.
