How is your voice so soothing? Im so excited to try this tonight. Ive been working on my sleep recovery. I used to have severe insomnia and would get only around two hours of sleep per night (to bed at 4am wake up 6am) and would take a two hour nap a day. It messed me up a lot. Now I go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6 to 7 with many diffrent tactics like sleep music, and sleep lotion, breathing exercise, and more that have helped me learn to sleep again. Now I would like to try this as well!
