People with flat breast are so lucky because i have a large one and wherever i go people stare and i cant even run properly because of it its real pain having big ones

Flat People want big breasts but only we know the pain 😭like couldn't wear t-shirt alone and go out plus we need to use shall whenever we go outside cuz there are more predators in this world now

This workout really works, these workouts are really easy and I lose a lot of my breast fat by only doing this whole workout twice at the same time. It’s really hard to find workouts that are quick easy that don’t take 100 years to lose breast fat or you have to pay for it. So I’m really thankful for this video. It helps a lot and makes me feel less insecure about my breast size.

My progress:

20 July ✅ - Done 2 sets
21 July ✅ - Done another 10 minute workout from this channel
22 July ❌ - Didn't have enough energy
23 July ✅ - Done 7 sets to make up for yesterday, 40 minutes of exercises I'm so proud of myself 🎉
24 July ✅ - Done 1 set because my arm hurts. I don't know if there are any results yet but I do feel a lot lighter :D Also I spent like 30 minutes today doing some leg workout
25 July ✅/❌ - Focused on the leg workout, ran for 20 minutes today
26 July ✅ - Done 3 sets :)

I thought I update this comment for those who want to try it. Although I haven't worked out regularly and only for about a week I am seeing changes. My breast is definitely smaller (about 2 cm) so I would say it's worth it.
Remember to stay positive and keep in mind the results come overtime and not after one workout.

Might pick it up sometime soon again.

day 1: complete 3 sets just a little burn
day 2: complete 3 sets easy chest feels lighter
day 4: complete 2 sets i was binge watching all day - no motivation

Even after the first time I did this I see a difference! Why havent I found this video before! Its so hard to find workouts as quick as this one and actually get results. THIS IS INSANE!! Very recommended!!

Doing this for 2 months!!
Day 1: I did 3 sets and by far I don’t feel like it was too hard I felt the burn pretty well after wards made sure to stretch so that I can do it again tomorrow with no problem. I’ll try doing 3 sets everyday and will keep updated on the results!!❤

this really helped me alot! since i do have the body of a 10 y/o im breasts are starting to get bigger and im gonna to feel embarrassed about it in 5th grade. so i searched up a video like this to do once in a while, when i completed it, i felt great that i did something i wanted to do and my breasts will get smaller by doing this. thank you for having this video to continue what i want to do as a woman. ❤

I was doing work outs before then I realized my breasts are Soo stubborn to reduce so am on my first day of reducing them hope all goes well for me 🙏🙏💪💪💪💪

The key point of seeing the desired result is to be consistent, doing this 3 times only one day won't make it work, u have to continue to every other day. Just add extra 5 min for this to the regular workout routine.
