Hey everyone! Thanks for watching the video. Just wanted to clarify 2 mistakes in the video..
1.) 1 scoop protein powder (not mentioned) was added to the first recipe
2.) macros PER fudge bar is: 14.5G protein, 14G carbs, 6.5G fat

As a type 1 diabetic I can’t tell you how much I love your recipe videos. You have nutrition on the screen but more importantly it’s not all rice. I have to keep track of every carb I eat and adjust my insulin intake to match and your balanced recipes have been so helpful in my health journey

the blueberry muffin is freaking outstanding. My kids thought it was dessert. If it passes their buds as not health food, its good.

Your advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of yours for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from Dietarize, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last two months. Thank you Will for all the work you have done over the years.

Hey Will, I only started watching your channel about a month ago. I was a poultry farm worker for 20 years & it’s very much a physical job. I had always had an aversion to doing bulky building weights. I’m 5”8 and I was good being cardio ok but I have started lifting heavier weights than I used to. You have a natural way to make lifting and diet very simple (& your videos are pretty imaginative). Thanks for that. And hey we’re commonwealth cousins. You’re Canadian, I’m Australian. 💪🇦🇺

I made the cookie dough last night and the texture WAS SO GOOD. I think the protein powder itself does matter a fair amount. I didn’t have any casein, so I had to go out and find one in a store and got Quest’s Vanilla Milkshake blend. It was almost too vanilla-y. I was also using the Butter/Vanilla extract, kind of wish I was using just a butter one. Two additional tweaks I made that made me like it even more:
-added a good amount of cinnamon
-added just a few tiny tiny drops of almond extract.

Killer recipe! This is going to be a new go-to treat.

So I made the fudge bars and the cookie dough, and they were both some of the best anabolic stuff I have ever had. Honestly that cookie dough is good even in comparison to a lot of prepackaged or other dessert options, anabolic or not! 10 out of 10, the fudge bar is to me 9 out of 10, but i could see someone who hasn't adjusted to protein taste yet could see it as slightly off. But for me they are gonna be made religiously along with the protein brownie cookies and anabolic ice cream i've been using!

Additionally Will, you are easily my favorite fitness youtuber! Entertaining, informative, welcoming. It is inspirational to see someone who has gone through their own journey as I am 2 years into mine, currently down 80lbs from 315lbs. Working towards final fat loss goals, and building muscle. Your videos have been a great help, especially during cold weather walks, so keep doing what you're doing, Thanks!

Will, in the cookie dough, after the 6 tablespoons of apple sauce you put in 3 teaspoons of nut milk. You could have continued to use the tablespoon as 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon. Just an FYI to make your life easier.

Ok, you've talked me into it; I bought 2 of the proteins at BPN with the TENNY discount. At 20/LB it's the most expensive protein I'll pay for but most of my protein comes from $3.00/LB chicken and eggs. My son (weight training football defensive end) will appreciate these recipes as he can't stand just mixing and drinking protein powder. Love your videos, they're fun and I can't say that about any others out there. If anyone knows of anymore that are on par with Wills vids please let me know.

I’ve tried a million protein recipes from a variety of channels on YouTube, and the Blueberry Oatmeal Bake is the best and easiest to prep.
And sometimes to change it up slightly, I spread some yogurt on top of the loaf and that tastes delicious too!

The first recipe is incredible… depending on what amounts you use I personally bake it for myself now every morning in an 800ml baking tray, and use some kind of protein yoghurt mixed with sweetener on top so it’s like a frosting. I am not on any cut so I use 100 grams or so of oats, it comes out the oven weighing half a kilo almost
