I made the cake, and here are some helpful tips:

1.) dont add too much cocoa powder. About 1 1/2 TBSP is enough
2.) Prepare for the cake to rise by almost twice the size it was. When it is batter, make sure its only filled halfway
3.) Don't overcook. Since all microwaves are different, look at the cake. It will start rising, and then you should take it out and check the texture. If it is still liquidy, put it back in. If it is slightly liquidy but also solid, about 15 seconds longer should be enough to cook it
4.) If your cake is too dry, and tastes bad, dont throw it away. You can slowly add more milk, and spread it evenly around the cake and let it absorb. repeat this process until it tastes better and milk can be seen squeezing out with each cut you make

Just made this but with almond milk, egg white, and oat flour for less calories. Still was great. For anyone that makes this, I recommend you mix everything in a separate bowl with an actual whisk before adding the batter to the mug to reduce clumping.
