The pre mixing of the protein powder was a great idea. Doesn’t mix right when you just add it in raw. Good man.

I do this meal for 2 years now. You can add chia and flax seeds aswell and instead of this PB you can easily switch it with PB powder which can be mixed better. Amazing breakfast and really nutritional aswell

that’s so smart to mix the protein powder first instead of putting straight powder into the oatmeal

I know a similar recipe that’s about 56 grams of protein with roughly the same amount of calories

-1 Cup of oatmeal
-1 cup of water
Heat up in the microwave for 1 min 30 sec
-1 scoop of your choice of protein
-1 serving of no fat vanilla Greek yogurt
-2 tablespoons of PB fit
- as much 5 calorie sugar free syrup as you want

I’ve eaten the same breakfast for the past 2 years, 110g oats and then 2 scoops of protein and then add some pumpkin pie spice and put it in the fridge over night. Best thing on earth

REVIEW I ACTUALLY TRIED THIS okay so I had to change the recipe to what I had in my kitchen (I used apples instead of bananas and I used protein powder and coco powder bc I dont have choco protein) I over cooked mine a little bc I tried to make it thicker but I would give this a solid 9/10 it’s pretty good

Best way to do overnight oats with good consistency and not just random “cup” units as measurement. For anyone that wants it.

50g rolled oats
~31g chocolate protein powder
100ml milk
Mix thoroughly
Add 50g blueberries.
Mix again
Leave in fridge for at least 12 hours.

This is especially helpful for someone who wants to be in a deficit, chewing food can create the feeling of fullness compared to gulping down a glass of shake.

okay i'll give you the best recipe ever 👍

Put oats in fine flakes and your whey protein in a bowl. Then mix it with 0 sugar strawberry yogurt. Mix well, and at the end add seeds and nuts that you like best, to make it more crunch. You don't need to cook your oatmeal, if it's moist enough, you can eat it raw. I've eaten this every day for the last 4 years, I haven't missed a single day because it's just too delicious.
