We are no longer surprised by toxicity, we are surprised by the ones who truly care

i hate having narcissistic parents. Every single day, me and my little brother are constantly bellitled, humiliated and blamed for everything.

I typically tell myself that I only control my emotions, no theirs.

Whenever I confront my narcissistic toxic mother, she adopts the silent treatment where she ignores me for months until I break. And when I do break and go to her she makes me apologise for trying to set boundaries with her. It's so emotionally draining! I don't want to do it, but everytime I lose to her isolating and giving me silent treatment technique.

before I was in high school, I had a couple of friends but I distance myself because I realize that they're not true friends. Now I don't have friends but myself ♡.

I have had toxic people in school for so long harassing me. It has taught me a lesson to simply not waste time on them because you are not going to get anything back from doing so. There is no reason to get offended, angry or sad when only that toxic person is the problem. You should feel bad for them.

If you can't tell someone that they're ruining your friendship or relationship with their negativity, then you need to move on and focus on your happiness.

There are some toxic people that you can't avoid, can't talk, can't do anything about them. Only one solution, Maintain distance and work towards your goals. Meditation helps a lot.

Fully agree with you! The toxic people are toxic because they have a lack of love maybe from their family or maybe from their partners, they don't feel loved enough! And I think that the only way to change them is to show them your love! Thank you for this interesting content 🧡🧡🧡

Dude. This is like the 5th video in a row that directly applies to my current life situation. Many of my friends have been showing their true colours recently and now this just pops up. Thanks Improvement Pill!

It's super important that you not take their hurtful comments and actions towards you as a genuine representation of yourself. Their thoughts and their actions are their problem, a result of their own issues and ways of thinking projected onto you. Don't let them change the way you view yourself.
