thank you for sharing this video, it is very informative...Definitely dealing with negative/toxic people drains your energy, even when you try to cheer up the person, they are focused in a big stormy cloud of negativity and not letting it to become a sunny day because they only see negativity or that the world is against them...Sometimes sad not to know what to do to help them, one coworker mentioned to person A to look for help etc, and person A became more toxic and irritable after that...

Hi Dr. Snipes!!! Amazing video!!! I’ve had many therapists in my life and none of them have helped me figure out why I go to the store and buy $700 worth of food. Actually, I usually need $60 worth of food. My coworkers are so toxic that they really make me feel uncomfortable and stressed out!

There are toxic devils on the internet too.

Its hard to not react when part of their reaction includes accusations that you're the negative one and need to "do better" with relationships. It's really hard to get through getting over a stressful experience with them when they project everything on you. It's as if when you don't give them what they want, then that is their last weapon in their arsenal to knock you down with by calling you all the things they actually are (audacious, negative etc) It's pure insanity to say the least and really messes with your head and like the woman said "leaves you questioning yourself" in the midst of standing up for yourself. Anyone else has experienced this? Please comment below

Thank you for sharing this video. Can you do a video on how to deal with people that are restaurant servers and they speak to their delivery people in a condescending tone because that person may be a different race or gender. Basically discriminating you. Thanks

Can we talked about what it is that the toxic person is going through on a regular basis that also is equally unforgiving unhealthy and very Savage for that individual themself?

I’m a toxic bond how do you know who the toxic one is? Is it one or the other? Is it both? Is there a way to tell

I always wondered what it means if someone said that I shouldn't take something personally. I find this statement self-contradictory. But is your point that it's more about the attackers own problems etc. than about me, if they say something insulting?

Can you imagine you say something, to which people assign meaning or take it personally, then go and complain about you for harassment, bullying and sexual misconduct to hr..all without asking anything to you or taking your perspective and then blaming you for your feeling.. saying "size matters" is a statement that is sexually harassing to them. Then for rest of the time till you are working with them they punish you by holding you back and all this without telling you or communicating with you, no empathy, no communication or problem solving skill, no perspective taking skills and still expect you to have working relationships.
