5 minutes of seated core exercises for seniors & beginners to build a stronger core (stronger abs and lower back). This is level 1 which is designed to be the first step in becoming more aware of engaging the abs, and working to build abdominal and lower back strength. You can do these exercises daily to work towards a stronger core. Once you feel you have mastered these, you can do 2-3 sets or move up to level 2 (which will be out next week).

Just started using this video to strengthen my core muscles. Due to a number of car accidents and fibromyalgia I had given up on exercise and my legs can't take the total responsibility of holding me up. The gentle way you explain works for me, thank you so much.

🎉 yeah❗️I was searching for something exactly like this. I looked at four other ones and finally I came upon yours. This was the best and easiest to follow.

Since I’m truly a beginner at age 70 after four surgeries, and eight hospitalizations in 15 months, all in abdominal GI, I really needed something that built my core back.

What I feel would be helpful would be more reminders when to keep your core tight and reminders to breathe.

Those reminders I feel, would be helpful for each exercise after one repetition, going into the next then, reminders again to breathe, to do your core tight.

Actually, if that’s too much verbalization, I think reminders for the core would be most important.

Thank you again so very much. I’m going to make a commitment to do these at least 5-6 days a week.

I started with this core exercises this morning. Then tried the Liss workout. I can’t do lunges and have to sit to stand with a chair, but I think I got most of it in.. Will probably be sore tomorrow. Thanks for all you do for us seniors. If not for you, I would get sloppy.

Wow, thank you so much! Core exercises are usually way too intense for me and kill my neck... and it makes it so I never want to do them at all. But this I could actually do while still being able to breathe!
