Was looking for core exercises and you showed up. I am 90 years old. Had heart surgery 4 years ago. Nobody has done the core, just leg exercises. So of all the core pages, yours are the ones for me. Looking forward to being challenged. Think I found my personal trainer.

❤ Thanks Meg for that wonderful workout this morning on day 2 of your challenge. It’s really helping my minor aches and pains. I’ve had both left and right shoulder surgeries and suffer with degenerative disc pain in my lower back. I have always been fit and active all my life and, an exercise fanatic due to 25 years of military service. Thank you again and see you on day three. God bless.
