This short 7 minute chair core workout is created for anyone wanting to strengthen the core from a seated position. This is level 4 (links to level 1-3 are below). These core exercises are designed for seniors and beginners who want to build stronger abs and a lower back with exercises done at a safe and slow pace. You can do these exercises daily to work towards a stronger core. Once you feel you have mastered these, you can do 2-3 sets or move up to level 3 (which will be out next week).

Once again Jules has been there for me! I managed to pull my groin muscle 25 days into a75 day challenge that includes 45 minutes a day exercising. But thanks to your seated gentle videos I feel confident I will be able to do this! I did the 4 core videos this morning and will choose another one to finish the 45 minutes. When it said lift your knees thst hurt so I just modified!! Thank you for showing everyone they can exercise no matter the circumstances!!

Awesome!! You are wonderful!! I am 61 and for the last 3 years I’ve had breast cancer and God fought that fight for me and we won!! Then came a wreck and I have just 5 weeks ago, I had my right foot fused because of 5 broken bones. If it weren’t for you I would have gained 100 pounds over the last 4 years!!!! Thank you so much for giving people with not so great health a chance to exercise because I always have until all of this happened. I truly thank you with all my heart because when this storm passes I want to. E healthy and live my life to the fullest!! ❤️❤️

Have a sore ball on my foot so thought I’d try a chair workout. I found that is still a very good work out and stretch routine. Thanks

I really needed some core work. I liked these exercises, different from many core exercises I'm familiar with. I did put the weights down for some of the arm movements when I was a little concerned about the effect on the right arm, but most of the exercises I could do fine. Thanks for this one, Jules!

I was surprised to find that your moves--from my experiences thus far--were new to me! Challenging because I increased my reps and did use weights. I have weakness in my right shoulder and it was this that kept me from using slightly heavier weights, but my abs were sufficiently challenged! This is a great core routine, Jules. So, my Mediterranean nature kicked in and I did all 4 levels. Level 4 and may be a small part of level 3 I was not totally satisfied with my performance. I'll have to repeat at least level 4 few more times. Jules you are great!

I loved this ab workout. I'm not a senior or beginner but I have very bad arthritis in my neck and this was great for me. Thank You for this wonderful workout.
