Hi Day#5 of my Interval workout and then did this Ab workout and now for a Stretch workout and that will do it for the a 45 min walk/stairs this morning early. I do hope you have a fantastic weekend, and I am not sure if your a Mom or not, but if you are HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to your day be filled with much joy and a super rest of your day....take and care and may the Lord bless

Just what I was looking for! I am a CPT, just started at a new gym, and several of my clients have mobility/ROM issues - they cannot get up/down off the floor or on their hands and knees, but very much want to participate in my core and stretching classes - this is a perfect modification for them! Seated crunches -- as effective as floor exercises. Love that you offer so many variations on standards. Sharing for sure.
