Your food has the most influence on your skin and hair.
Did you know too much of high protein can cause this?

You're wrong, what causes all the symptoms you mentioned is actually eating excess fat not protein. Correlation does not equal causation.

Its true. But yes, washing away of gut flora isnt gonna happen just by loading yourself with water. The large intestine is the site for water absorption and this washing away of flora is something ive never heard of.
The rest is partially true. low carb yes. But lets say theres a guy on low or regular protein whos on high carb and his carb consists of Rice. People throw away the rice water which would have most of the nutrients, the aleurone is gone. Same problem.

So in short, everything youd suggested was due to an imbalanced micronutrient profile in diet, which, as fairly few strength trainers pay meticulous attention to. None of this is actually due to high protein.

Stop apreading fake info in the Videos headings. The only issue with a High protein diet is its high thermic effect Burns more calories, increases the agni as they call it in ayurveda, or the acid reflux risk as they call it in Allopathy.

What I told was credible, Im a doctor myself.
You were right about the micronutrient imbalance. But its not just in a high protein diet, it happens more often in people who arent taking protein, and probably on a lot more improperly cooked veggies losing all micronutrients as well.

Please encourage people to eat protein and track them. We are innan era of Malnutrition Inflammatory Syndrome, resulting primarily from protein lack and one of the key players in Insulin resistance and Diabetes Mellitus.
This video may scare people who tried to eat a regular 1g per Kg BW also.

Thankyou.

Omg this is so tue. I used to take protein powder and my skin developed breakouts on nose, chin and T zone. So I stopped taking protein powder and switched to combining high protein food like chickpea, tofu with chicken breast (but I ended up eating too much), my chin and nose area started flaring up again, my hair started falling, I also have stomach pain few hours after meal

Zinc deficient on a high protein diet? Because of iron or...? I would have said having too much zinc would have been the issue. Are you refering to a meat diet or something else?

Protein does not cause acne,
Protein does not cause hairfall,
Protein is essential marconutrient which is required for healthy functioning of body and hormones....the amount of protein which can cause such problem will be 500-600 garms of protein....which no one consumes....
Ut depends on the amount of lean muscle on the body...like for examply you are fat, you have a lot of body fat on you as i see in the video as compared to the amount of muscle on your body, so you dont need that much protein....a person with 9% body fat and 70kg of pure muscle will require high protein to sustain that muscle because muscle cannot be kept on low protein diet, on carbs or on fats...so this was just wrong info which you are giving out, because i dont find you on the healthier side...you must be around 30% body fat which is not great, and then you having an opinion on pritein diet is irrational

I have faced skin issues (pimples appearing on shoulders and back only) when i increased overall protein consumption. It stopped when i reduced net protein intake.
Currently i wish to increase protein intake slight due to training reasons. Thus i wish to ask this query "are there some specific sources of protein that are better for skin, similarly is there protein sources which someone with sensitive skin should avoid"
thanks in advance.
