Pro tip: pound the chicken out before dredging, use a flour dip before the egg & can also use egg whites to lower the calories, don't forget seasonings garlic oregano and basil in your breadcrumbs! Minimal extra calories, way more flavor. Only need 2 tbsp sauce on top and can make that easily fresh with pureed roma tomatoes & Italian seasonings. Bada Bing.

im on an animal based diet which i consider high protein. i eat 80/20 grass fed ground beef, ribeyes, and a bunch of fruit n honey. it totally changed the game for me, i’ve never felt this good before!

Im not saying what i did is for everybody but i started eating less protein and way more greens like 50% more and my GI issues went away almost instantly. I also started drinking keffir and man i feel like i did 2 years ago. I was having alot of excessive regurgitation and salivation. I got sent from doctor to doctor, primary,GI, and even therapy .
I run long distance and race motocross so even eating alota protein to "bulk up" doesnt make sense for my body . If you really want an exact diet to follow with your goals in life, seek a sports doctor, they take account for your weight, body and metabolism.

Buy a can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas and pop into the air fryer. Adding Cheyenne pepper, garlic salt, cheese or just keeping them plan is so good! One serving is 12g protein and fiber. 190 cals give or take

I eat high protien and high fat carnivore/Keto along with organic fruit and small amounts of honey and apple cider vinegar & suppliments each day. Pork rinds ground up make great breading. I got rid of 100+ of fat in 18 months. Life is great. Have a wonderful day!

Thanks for this. You google simple low cal high protein diets and you get these 5 star michelin looking meals that take a lot to make. I like the simplicity of these meals that look good. Thanks again.
