This 20 minute bodyweight home workout is further proof that you don't need any fancy equipment or a lot of time to get in a great workout. We created this home workout to target as many muscle groups as possible-all while challenging your strength, stability, and endurance! Unfortunately during this time, we didn't have anyone to film both of us. So, we decided to do the workout individually so that we can show you 2 different variations (target and regressed versions) of each exercise AND it is timed so that you have a pace to follow.
RECOMMENDATION: We shot this video in 4K and included audio cues to give you higher quality workout experience. If possible, connect this video to a TV screen/monitor so that you're able to see/hear the start and rest cues while you're exercising. If you're using your phone, simply pop in your headphones and you'll be all set.
