20 Minute FULL BODY Home Workout: High-Intensity Follow Along (Bodyweight Only)

This 20 minute bodyweight home workout is further proof that you don't need any fancy equipment or a lot of time to get in a great workout. We created this home workout to target as many muscle groups as possible-all while challenging your strength, stability, and endurance! Unfortunately during this time, we didn't have anyone to film both of us. So, we decided to do the workout individually so that we can show you 2 different variations (target and regressed versions) of each exercise AND it is timed so that you have a pace to follow.

RECOMMENDATION: We shot this video in 4K and included audio cues to give you higher quality workout experience. If possible, connect this video to a TV screen/monitor so that you're able to see/hear the start and rest cues while you're exercising. If you're using your phone, simply pop in your headphones and you'll be all set.

Enjoyed the modified workout with Toya. I love the auditory cues, it allowed me to continue with the exercise and not feel like I need to keep looking at the screen. That switch was good, the time allowed to get ready for the next exercise and the 30 second breaks. Thank you!!

This is probably the BEST video you guys have made!!! The follow-along directions are really clear and it is really helpful how you preview the next movement between workouts. You guys can definitely do a lot more like these!!

THANK YOU for how you organize your videos, how you show what's coming up next and your timer. I work with middle school kids and can use the ones with no equipment most often. (Also, I can only show workouts with modest clothing for this age group) but now that they know who ya all are, they can get after it on their own, too. THANK YOU!!!

Please do more 20-30 body workouts! These are amazing and that says a lot I am a dance fitness instructor who hated "workouts"! I always finish the first set like i can do this and then by the last I am dripping in sweat! Hoping these get me back in shape since the gyms are still closed.
