♡♥For teenagers: It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly, think healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. (healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2) Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week—that's a start, including full body cardio workout and aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing (not too much)
3) Get enough sleep

Girl, thanks to you i’ve lost 5 kg. I’ve been extremely overweight for all my life but thanks to you i’m getting in shape! I still have a kilo or 2 to lose to have a normal weight! You also helped me with my confidence, now that i’ve almost my normal weight i can say that i’m more confident in my body. You changed me from the worst that i could be to the best version of me. Going to try and do this everyday/every second day for the next two weeks :)

I can not be the only one that took over 40min on this on day 1

day 2 was hard but a little bit better took me around 30-35 min (only doing this workout so far)

day 3 I didn't pause at all did take 3-6 seconds breaks but other than that I did the whole videos(and since doing this workout along I lost some weight I was 110.8/50.2kg and this morning I was 109.4/49.6 so working out and drink a lot of water while doing it helps a lot )

I got the dream body, and heres how i did it and you can too! ❤

I did this exercise daily, except wednesday and friday because on wednesdays i went to karate and on friday i went to swimming class. I ate healthy, i wasn’t on a diet but ate balanced and tried to eat maximum one sweet a day.

I tried to cycle everyday about 4-8 km or i just walked around 4 km ❤

it took me around 3-5 months to achieve my body! ❤😄 im so happy!! Im 11 years old now before i was 10 soo if i can do this you can ❤❤❤

DAY 1: Done but gave up 16 minutes in, ill try to do the entire thing tomorrow
DAY 2: skipped because i was busy
DAY 3: done (DID ALL OF THE 20 MINUTES YUH, im also seeing a slight change around my waist)
DAY 4: done (I can see a little line on my belly... is that good??)
DAY 5: took a break
DAY 6: done, gave up 16 minutes in again :(
okay so i was really busy. i got sick and got my period lol so ill be restarting today

As a woman who lifts HEAVY weights 9hrs a week (plus 6hrs of cardio), I'd like to once and for all dispel the utter LIE about bulking in women! Women DO NOT bulk unless they are hard core dedicated body builders (those who lift 6+ hrs a day) OR are actively taking steroids while hardcore body building. Even with the amount of lifting it's taken me 11 months to get toned and am now getting some muscles that I can flex, but I'm NOT bulky! So it's OK to push yourself a bit more than 20 mins a day!
