A new complete fitness program this time on the beach! The program is without equipment, which means that you can easily do it at home, in the office or in a park.
Exercise is quite effective and aims to burn 254 calories right away! * see the calories on the top right of the video ⤴️
Some of these exercises are very demanding so if you need more break do it! In time you will see that it will become easier as you improve :-) Just don't stop!
The video is full length which means you can follow exactly what I do for 30 seconds in each exercise. In total the exercises are 24 and are divided into 4 parts of 6.
There are 3 breaks between exercises (15s - 30s - 15s). If you need a longer break, don't hesitate to do so. If you still don't need a break, just keep going!
I suggest changing the programs often so that you let the muscles recover. You can do this program 2-3 times a week and the rest of the days you can see one of my other programs.
