Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

Day 1 ✅ waist 75
Day 2 ✅
Day 3 ✅ waist 74
Day 4 ✅
Day 5 ✅ waist 73 I started to feel the strength on my abs I’m doing everything easier.
Day 6 ✅ I think I was so worried about my weight so with the workouts I started a diet but I never eat enough so today I’m feeling so tired but I’ll keep doing this exercise.
Day 7 ✅ I was afraid if I give up because of yesterday but today I had a green smoothie for breakfast then salad and veggies for lunch. I don’t feel tired as I was yesterday I still feel the burn but i kinda started enjoying it 😃
Day 8 ✅ I’m feeling more confident I’ll do this exercises till I achieve my dream body

Day 15 ❌living in a studio with a roommate I literally couldn’t find any space to workout 😂

Day 26, 27, 28 ✅ waist 69. the reason I keep updating this first of all it’s a great motivation for me and I never worked out this long. Secondly there are a lot of videos like 5 cm smaller waist in 3 days etc but most of them is not true I wanna show the true process. In 26 days I also lost 8 pounds but it looks like I lost more cause my body getting in a great shape.
Day 31 I literally have 2 little abs now 🎉

I am a fairly (okay, okay - very) fit middle aged woman who has had kids. I have been regularly practicing sports for years: downhill skiing, slalom water skiing, Karate, etc. I have been doing your 45 minute workouts daily for about three months (along with daily running for cardio) and I just want to say that I have NEVER experienced results like this...! ✅️ day one: done, it was easy yet awfully difficult, i struggled to complete every workout but I still did them all.
✅️ day two: done, I WAS SO SORE. Due to my soreness I struggled to complete most workouts but still did them. I also noticed a tiny change in my weight.

Going to try this for 10-14 days
Day1- The burn is real, but I feel great afterwards. Keep the good job guys.
Day2- The burn was there but It reduced
Day3- It was okay I was able to last throughout the workout
Day 4, 5-✅✅
At about day 6 I've lost about 2 inches but I haven't been able to complete it but I will and give you guys an update on it

i had a bad eating disorder the start of 2020 which i would like to say “ended” earlier this year. i gained 15 lbs since and even though im happy im not in that state of mind anymore, i tgink ive almost lost myself. im a naturally skinny girl but this is the most ive weighed and there’s extra fat everywhere. ive recently started to workout and instead of eating only 500 calories a day and working out a shit ton, i want to learn lifelong healthy habits. this consists of eating healthier and really learning what i’m putting into my body (not just the calories), adding exercise/activities into my daily routine, and working out a few times a week! if u want to lose a lot of weight in a very fast, unhealthy amount of time… as SOON as u give up on that extreme routine u will gain it all back!!! what ur really losing is water weight, when u can instead lose fat and GAIN muscle (even if the scale says otherwise) it’s all about ur mindset, healthy habits, and consistency.
im going to be doing this workout as well as her inner thigh one, plus 30 minutes of either walking or an activity, and hope to see results in 10 days. however, after that 10 days im going to continue this new journey and become the healthiest ive ever been :)

(doing this workout, another one from her, and a daisy keech workout!! all targeting the same thing.)
day 1: ✅ felt a burn long after finishing, even after showering, couldn’t do side plank.
day 2:✅ felt a burn after finishing, still couldn’t do side plank
day 3:❌ on a trip
day4:✅ didn’t really feel the burn as much, took a lot more breaks, still can’t do side plank.
day5: ✅ felt the burn, took some breaks, tried the side planks but it was hard so went back to modification.
day6:✅ FELT THE BURN, took no breaks, tried not to use many modifications but still did for the side plank, didn’t do daisy keech workout

I’ve done so many ab workouts and usually I don’t feel a burn everytime. This workout however I’ve been doing it everyday (except one) since she uploaded this and I still am feeling the burn.

Okay, so I am starting over. I did day 1 yesterday and day 2 today. I felt the burn in my core for sure! I followed the tips from belle (thank you again 😁) and have been engaging and focusing on my core a lot more which really helps since my neck does not hurt like it did before.
Day 3: I still feel the burn in my core while doing this exercise. 😁
