Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

My Experience :)

Day 1: Was exhausting af, especially the 9th excersise and I got through it surprisingly 😅

Day 2: Wasn't as hard as last time but i see some tiny little results so far because its juet Day 2 obviously 😄

I've done this workout for a month now in combination with some of her other videos and they truly work. I've tried a lot of other fitness YouTube but none have given me the results like lily has. I've gained so much more muscle and lost so much weight. Tysm lily!! ❤

i’ve been doing some of her other workouts for a week and i see results!! this is my second day trying to get a small waist . don’t give up you guys got this! i will be doing this workout for a couple weeks i’ll keep you guys updated !!

Ok I’ll do this workout twice a day for a week and I’ll tell you my process.

Day 1- didn’t see much results but only one day.
Day 2-seen some results (I’ve been doing the workout twice)
Day 3-definitely seen my stomach get flatter
Day 4-starts to eat healthier and stomach is progressing
Day 5-feels happy, seeing full results
Day 6-starts to workout only once to challenge myself, sees results.
Day 7- skipped this day because I was sick 😭

i've been doing this for abt a week and i looked in the mirror and my waist was looking so snatcheddd😍 idk how bc its a 5 minute workout but it looks a lot better and i rlly recommend this

Ok so I did this about a year ago but I forgot 😭
I’m back and I’m doing this as long as I can!
Day 1: ✅ I did I it and It was normal, it did burn in the harder exercises but it was alright.
Day 2: ✅ I did I it and it was burning almost the same as yesterday but my bad weren’t sore (they usually are ) and it felt really good when I finished the workout, keep going even tho it gets hard. I do t see a ton of results yet off but today in the morning I did see my stomach was bit more stronger (if u wanna keep track you should look at yourself in the morning before eating )
Day 3: ✅ I did this with my friend that’s why I didn’t update yesterday but I could see the progress since it was harder for her and for me it was easier and quicker to do the exercises, this is why consistency is key . I do t see results YET but it’s gonna be worth it .
Day4: ✅ the same a syesteday but today I was almost not gonna do it since I’m tired cuz it’s Mother’s Day and it’s night but CONSISTENCY IS KEY! now keep doing it and I promise you will se results
Day 5: ✅ I did it and it was normal I’m starting to see SOME results
Day 6 : ✅ I did it and idk why this time it burned a bit more but it felt good
Day7: ✅ I did it and it burned a bit but today it burned more on the roper side of my abdomen I def seee results I’m starting to see those 2 lines on the top side of my abs 1:08
Day8: ✅I did it and it burnt but not soo much
Day9: I did it and it did it rally burn 🔥 but can see some results then my stomach started hurting and I got my period 😭
Day 10: 🚫I didn’t do it because of cramps
Day 11: 🚫didint do it 🌚
Day 12: nope sry 🚫😭😭
Day 13: ✅my period ended so I’m back at it I did it and it was pretty easy
Day 14🚫 I’m rlly rlly sorry but I came home at like 11pm 😢
Day 15 : ✅ I did I it and I still see results and even after some rest days I see rlly good defined line abs 😮
Day 16: I forgot to update but ifc I did it and start seeing more results
Day 17: did it and again the same thing
Day 18: I skipped
Day 19: I skipped
Day 20 : I did it but it was just this videos not other one like I usually do
Day 21: did it and since I stopped for some days my belly is kinda sore now but since I ate a lot today I have belly fat but IK that there’s results for sure
Day 22: def see results u should def do it and sry about not updating
23-28 I did it and I did some other workouts and I can see the lines forming and my belly fat is just mostly in the middles which is so, I h better and it’s getting better every day
