I always do this exercise early in the morning... And i lost 2 kg in a month... And also 15 min in evening it's very effective... Thanku Robert's gym...

DAY 1- super easy i didn’t have trouble but still felt the burn
DAY 2- SAW SOME CHANGES i was so excited and happy too see i went from 31.9 waist too a 30 in just A DAY love it
DAY 3- AHHH im a 29 NOW i loose a inch every day i guess workout was good nothing too challenging!!
DAY 4- IM LITERALLY A 28 😍😍😍 LOVE THIS

I remember me doing workouts on this page in 2019 and i lost so much weight! But then i started to slowly gain weight and then i was kinda mad at my self and im starting to do it again!
2019: 120 weight
2021: 160 weight

Day 1: ✅ i felt a bit of burn while doing this, but i felt good at the end!
